Description
The DC 5 Milling Machine is designed from solid portal construction from stainless steel for wet machining of cobalt-chromium and titanium as well glass ceramics (blue blanks) with 2 separate cooling systems. The high resolution encoder feeds back to the servo motors with up to 160,000 pulses per rotation for maximum accuracy and unsupervised production cycles. With the DC 5 Milling Machine, the milling progress can be monitored through a multicoloured LED system in the milling chamber. Self-sustaining CNC controlling and programmable provide direct control for feeding data into specially developed CAM software with milling data.
